We're Laurence and Montrella Rhodes, a husband-and-wife team from Georgia who believe life's sweetest moments are found around the kitchen table, on family road trips, at holiday gatherings, and anywhere good food, great conversation, and music fill the room.
The name Sweet Beats is more than our brand—it's our story. It reflects our love of music, the soundtrack that has always been part of our lives and our home. Music brings people together, lifts spirits, creates memories, and marks life's most meaningful moments. We believe food has that same power.

As parents of two amazing children, we've learned that the moments that matter most aren't always the big celebrations. They're found in the everyday moments—packing snacks for a road trip, celebrating milestones, sharing a laugh around the kitchen table, or simply slowing down long
